@@northamericadrivingacademy yes. Its my situation. I was on a new ford f350 truck with 24000lb. New trailer, all brakes works, but its wasn't enough. There was a little downhill and I depressed brakes very fast. Just a typical California moment, when 2-4 light cars moves into your lane and breaking. Be safe!
