I've cycled thro the Netherlands, twice, enjoyed it tremendously, super cycling network. Those free basic camp spots look great, hope some day I can do a tour there again.

There are no free campinggrounds in the Netherlands anymore. That's too bad. Camping in the wild is not allowed. The campings i stayed are private and only for members.

It's a pity they closed the free campgrounds (paalkamperen). But it seems there are still a few in Twente, alongside the Twentepad walking trail (some say those are only for hikers).

Looks like that weather where it's just warm enough that as long as you keep pedaling you stay warm. Love that weather.

Love cycling in Netherlands In UK we have cycle tracks but just one lane , have had two almost head on collisions on a cycle track that has a dangerous bend near me. Most of the cycle lanes In Netherlands are two lanes .

There are many separate cycle paths in the netherlands. But it is also verry bussy with traffic in some parts. A few times i was hit by a car crossing the cycle path. After which I had to go to the hospital by ambulance

I completely agree about the cycling! Are the supermarket grocers open regular hours for food logistics? Lol on that bus stop!

Yes, the supermarkets are open from 8:00 till 20:00. 6 days a week. In the cities even on sundays.

thanks. I use www.routegenerator.net/ to make a nice animation of my route. It's a free program and easy to use.

Thanks for the advice. Some followers like the litle talk in my video's and some want more talking. My goal is to show the atmospher of bicycle touring but you are ride, i can do some more talking. At the moment my equipment is not professional enough to record sounds. That's to bad of Go Pro.
