The cardbase is just pre-maid ones I bought at the craft store, and the green is the Mossy Meadow envelope from the kit. I then used the sticker label from the kit as well! Thank you for commenting on asking Phyllis 😃

I think the sticker is stuck on the bottom of the organizing container that you had out with the add-ons for your tags.
