Yes, you can catch any CAT bus or bus within the CBD Free Transit Zone for free.

The changes were done in such a short space of time so not possible to change all signage overnight and some things may be missed. New digital signage boards with live times will be installed in the coming months once the purple CAT is operational. Shelters are the responsibility of CoP. The service reduction on the blue CAT means those buses will service the future purple CAT robbing Paul to pay Peter kind of a thing

@@TransportofPerth e-ink is a display technology. The Same technology used for many eReader devices, like the Kindle. I have also heard rumours about them implementing this technology for information displays
