Hahaha yes, I had way more than I’ll actually use. Will definitely have a lot left over. But we need options, right?! As I was putting this together I felt like when I pack for a crop or retreat, better to have too much than too little 😂

Hahaha I am glad I’m not alone in my overthinking. I get it from my mom…she has a mug that my sister got for her that says “Let me overthink about it.” I think I need that mug too. I use it whenever I go to my parents’ house. 😂😂😂 Usually in my videos I have already done the overthinking part by the time I start recording. 😂

A+++ on your organization. Adding photos to tell your story are important for you nothing is wrong in scrapbooking. I've decided (thanks to you) to do two Dec Daily albums one for this year and one I'll title " Christmas Season thru the years" Redoing 1990 layouts that have deteriorated because we used glue stick and old plastic puffy stickers that yellowed . Thanks goodness for today's products. Merry Christmas.

Regarding that train ride you took in November, how about taking photos of your family sitting around the tree one December day, looking at the photos from that trip? Just a thought...😊

Jayma, you just load the tree etc into your book & call it 'preparing for December' after all we all prepare ahead of time like painting doors or mantles, getting the place prepared for the event which in this case is daily notes for each day of December. Some of us bake cakes or puddings in October & they could also be documented under the banner of preparing for Christmas. It is all a build up for Christmas day.

gorgeous curated kit! why dont you just number them as stories? story 1, not dec 1st? just an idea ive seen floating around out there, to take the pressure off keeping up with every day in december. Any way i think itll be totally fine that those didnt happen december :)

That’s a great idea, Sheri. I had seen that idea floating around too and really considered it. But my brain really had a hard time wrapping around using numbers that didn’t represent the days. I don’t know why! It is definitely a great approach.
