I find it so interesting that over the past month or so I've been really coming to terms with being human. I easily connect with being spirit and have fought my humanness most of my life. This makes so much sense to me- the popping around through the states of being. That is exactly what I feel. I can wake up very 4D, meditate into a 5D knowing, and then be triggered back into 3D all within the space of a few hours. It's so disorienting and confusing. It's not as clear cut of a transition as some will have you think.. It's variable.

Thank you so much Lee. This is exactly what I've been experiencing. Uncertainty is tough on me simply because I have always had a highly intuitive nature. I could see things coming down the pike and really liked it! Now, well now I don't even trust what I should be doing. I'm almost certain it's my writing but it feels like I'm moving through molasses in 3D yet my dreams are amped up and showing me abundance like never before and last night's dream showed me peddling a bike uphill but I was actually gaining speed, right until the very top, where I had to get off and push for the last 6-7 steps. Hit with clarity suddenly last night after a week and a half of emotional turmoil and a month or so of being stuck. Now I feel free to build to grow for myself and for my children. I needed to go through the muck, accept the muck for what it is, in order to see my way out of it. There should be no guilt in that. I really appreciate how you encourage people to live from the now more (something I’ve noticed in your more recent updates). Spiritual people often claim that we’re spirits having a human experience but then don’t wish to take responsibility for that human business. Wow I’m really feeling a lot of what you’re talking about. For the first time since this chaos began, I’ve started to feel detached from it and less of a need to be in the streets protesting, but more of a call to be still with myself aligning my energy. I think it comes with developing a greater understanding of our existence and rising consciousness - this awareness naturally leads to less of an attachment to the daily goings on. I’ve also been receiving a lot of creative power and downloads sometimes waking me in the middle of the night or early morning having a strong urge to write ideas down which come pouring out. Thank you. Just one thing re "explaining in layman's terms", as someone who has studied physics for over 30 years. I learnt a long time ago that when explaining theories etc to people, if explaining in layman's terms is no longer working, I always revert back to explaining in technical terms. Surprisingly what I always find is that because I am more comfortable with that, people will pick up on the information easier, and those who do not, are not capable of hearing it. This helps the flow of the information better.

Thank you, totally resonated 💜 I feel so different than I did a month ago, I used to be panicked about the power thing and all that corruption, trying to get others to see it, wake people up a bit. Not that I don't care anymore but I do not feel the need anymore, might be selfish but they will work it out or they won't. Keeping my energy more reserved to myself. I could feel that feeling of the hermit creeping in about a week or 2 ago, it usually gives me a heads up that im about to be a witness to something external or within myself. I have quit drinking which used to be a one night a week habit, I can see this no longer fits my life anymore, since then I have had amazing amounts of clarity and rapid change!

I can feel the higher energy coming through and sensing more what is possible for me to contribute. Sometimes my energy makes a drop and everything feels old again, meaning heaviness and my focus tends to be more on what I can get from a situation instead of what I can bring into a situation. But it"s not lasting long anymore. I can realign again with the higher energy. Sometimes I am puzzled where this comes from, the feeling of going back and forth. As I look back, it appears as though my spiritual journey in preparation for the shift from a 3D way of being to a 4th and 5th dimension way of being began in 2017 and has been building momentum each year. In 2020, I was finally pushed off of the diving board into the deep end. Things have become more clear. In this past week alone, more clarity has revealed itself. I have definitely expanded from my structured, formed way of existing. It's all about living from my heart these days, finding my joy and riding that wave. So different but it feels so much more like home. This update is just incredible, I'm watching it now right after I just found out this morning from my soul-sucking job that they went bankrupt and we're all out of jobs. You just described exactly what has happened to me. My coloured energies that I normally see disappeared for months. They came back along with weird dreams and now visions. Well more like remote flying episodes. Then I woke up this Monday totally convinced it was Thursday. My husband said no it’s Monday, but I just can’t get my head around it, I’m confused, where the heck did the other days go? I ordered shopping with a pick up date of the 3rd and thought that’s rubbish I have to wait over a week until I realised we were in the last week of November not the 3rd. I’m going to bin the calendar it doesn’t work anymore.

Thank you for the energy update, the last part you mentioned about love, softness and calm l cried when you spoke about that as l so crave it and feel like l haven't had any all year losing someone l loved a lot who passed away in July has been difficult to deal with and with all that has been going on this year sometimes l feel like l am drowning, l know self care is so important, but also support and love from family and friends which isn't always easy to come by when they are going through stuff themselves or you can't be around them due to restrictions doesn't help, it is so tough to find balance and stay heart centred through all this madness sometimes

My goodness, Lee, I just purchased and listened to the Connect to Your Soul meditation, and all I can say is WOW! Incredibly impactful, yet peaceful at the same time. My soul has been asking me to connect for a long time and I have been searching for methods to do it since I am unable to meditate. I have tried just about everything I know to meditate, from singing bowls, to expensive tone therapy to even ASMR! The only thing that got me close to it was ASMR (I could feel my root chakra spinning), but this Connect to Your Soul meditation of yours is just the ticket!
