This December I read the entire Lunar Chronicles, Tales of the Peculiar, Hollow City, Library of Souls and the screenplay for Fantastic Beast and Where to Find them. Next month I'm hoping to read Six of Crows and maybe the Infernal Devices trilogy.

December was the best reading month for me of the hole year, i read 8 books, my favs where The Female of the species and Light from the gone series, i cried with those two books

A book I would recommend would be the s. A Bowden books. My favorite is the raft. It's almost a girl pov of the hatchet. But she is on a raft in the middle of the ocean for weeks after a plane crash that has not yet been discovered. She goes through a lot along with the pilot of the plane on her raft. It's really interesting along with her other books the compound and fallout.

I read the marina chronicles in 1-7 order as well as it just made it easier to understand in my head. I surprised myself by loving the horse and his boy the best despite it having completely different characters in it x

I recommend The Spook's Apprentice by Joseph Delaney, there 15+ in the series but the first is so good i finished it in two days while on holiday.

I read both "Illuminae" and "Gemina" this month. I kind of felt the opposite about "Gemina". I thought it was more fast paced and I felt like I got to know the protagonists better. I don't like being scared, so the fact that it was more action than horror/thriller was a plus for me. I actually came close to DNFing "Illuminae" as the last 20% to 30% dragged a bit and felt complete devoid of hope (it also didn't help that my nerves were shot).

These past six months have been super terrible for me reading wise, each month reading at most 4 books. In December I finished two books and I'm on my way to finishing the third (hopefully before December actually ends) the first book I read was Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince which I gave a 5/5 stars 😍 the second was Let It Snow the three holiday short stories collection that I gave a 3.5/5 stars. And I'm hoping to finish HP and the Deathly Hallows by Saturday night (but I have like 450 pages left so idk if it's gonna happen 😂) great video Hailey! 💞

I read the Chronicles of Narnia in chronological order too. The first one is my favorite!! But I've never understood how people can start with the 2nd book, and know what is going on. Even as a kid, I remember kids telling me to read The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe and telling me about it, and I was asking why things were the way they were and they didn't know, and I just did not understand! lol I never did read it, cause of that, either, until a few years ago.

Hi Hailey I just wanted to ask if you could do a video about easy reads. Here in Czech it take about a year or more before books get translated so I decided I will start reading in English. BUT I am afraid some books will be really hard for me. I really want to read Six of crows but I'm not sure if I will ve able to read it.
