2:42:09 Launching Among Us: The Movie As you can guess from "The Movie", it goes on for a while, and I LOLed the whole time. If tech issues give you anxiety you can skip it, but if not, don't! Their decent into madness is some of the funniest stuff I've heard in a long time.

Actually so happy to hear jeremy say he's not going to starve himself but instead just eat what he wants and generally healthier and care less about his weight or shape. A lot of stuff he used to do and say about his body and his diet sounded real familiar, and i ended up on a disordered eating program: the whole message was to eat what you want and generally healthier and care less about your shape and weight. There is so much about you as a person that's way more important than your body, and more to life and happiness than obsessing over food! (as a side, in case it helps someone, what totally fixed my cravings and over-eating was regular meals and snacks. If you eat something every two to four hours it can keep you from getting hungry and craving bigger portions. I was fasting way too hard when trying to lose weight, and it just meant i would give in and eat way more than i needed later)
