ShinandRom Didn't went back then, but i heard a lot of good stories about that edition. But the festival has been growing since then. They even became the biggest hardstyle event in the Netherlands, they were the first with 60.000 visitors, defqon now has 60.000 on the saturday aswell.

Insane lightshow! Seeing the Mainstage at day on fotos I was like "wow that one is so small and nothing special" - but at night it really shines! Also the screens and flames on the side, awesome! And in addition I really like the orange colorscheme in general, looks so cool...

decibel is a most "pure Holland" festival! so many old school area's and amazing "home" atmosphere! amazing camping in the forest. B2S like ligthts and music. offcource at the Defqon fireworks better. this was the best Decibel for me , and best festival ever! weather, camping, area's, atmosphere, people and music was best! best ending of saturday. loundness and after this radical and good of uptempo - Partyraiser. afterparty in saturday is better than Defqon. Adaro - EForce , Theracords and epic set DT HC. and after this b2s bring hangout plaza with Partyraiser!!!! cmonnnn guys!! Intents? Defqon? where???? after after party all days with Delete, 2 time Partyraiser, Requiem, Pussy Lounge residents, Ran-D !????? and sunday offcource !!! B-Freqz and after Pussy crew!! best end what i ve seen. 1,5 pure mandess. amazing perf. "left, right" , "sit down monent in during Banaan" and happy, classic and uptempo hc!! and final hardcore track by b2s after anthem was insane!!

Mensen die hier nog nooit zijn geweest en dan dit met defqon vergelijken ... man man man , ik ben dit jaar 18 geworden en voor het eerst defqon geweest ( weekend ) en ik ga dit jaar ook decibel ( ook weekend ) en ik denk zelf dat decibel veel vetter gaat worden .

vond de endshow vorig jaar veel vetter met muziek etc. en vuurwerk kwam toen achter de stage en dit jaar was dat naast de stage :p en de endshow was dit jaar 10 min korter, over hoe de mainstage eruitzag ben ik t zeker met je eens.

Silvan Fennema Er kwam gewoon vuurwerk van de stage af hoor... bij decibel heb je altijd vuurwerk op het water, en achter/vanaf de stage. Vorig jaar was best vet, maar vanwege het kutweer en de lange zijde was het speciale er voor mij wel van af. Het geluid was dit jaar ook een stuk beter. Thank god stond er dit jaar een extra paar speakers op de main, voorgaande jaren stonden die er niet, en als je achteraan stond had je dus een stuk minder geluid.

Ja achter de stage is meer van dat vuurwerk dat er ineenkeer uitspuit, geen shells enzo, de shells die je erachter zag waren van pussylounge endshow, jvorig jaar wast weer idd minder maar heb mijn dag niet daardoor laten verpestten :P en geluid ook veel beter ditjaar idd.

People are hating on the tracks used because they go to those festivals while only liking hardstyle or only hardcore. A true harder styles listener can appreciate all styles. Ofcourse everyone has their favorite but I loved it that they jammed every single style in one endshow, it was legendary!
