hello, I am mid video and i get the feeling that it's just Gwen that sucks. 6 chrono on her should be insane end of stage 4. Near the end I more and more got the feeling that the AI change did more harm than good. It's still good but sometimes it feels "too safe" and less bursty. Maybe that was also Riots intend.

I think they meant that so she can scale her stacks, this way she doesnt have much impact early but later in game. Pretty bad honestly
