Decision Support System

In my lecture, I explained how a small decision can increase to a large annual revenue for the business by making use of a decision support system. For example, for a company like AirAsia, merely a RM 1 as baggage fee would be amplified into RM 29 Million by appropriately utilizing the decision support system. Watch the video for an explanation.
