In the last match, turn 4, you could have activated the effect of Ether Beryl in the standby phase to comeback to the hand. And then proceed to do full combo again. An unfortunate misplay, great deck however!

I was exploring hyper offense with their new trap card by using blue eyes alternative ultimate dragon, ultimate fusion, (just all the pops), and meet the trap's condition easier by using cards like dragon shrine and return of the dragon lords.

It's the second best level 12 stardust monster next to blazar, and the protection effect really helps against destruction both from battle and card effects

The word "also" is very important here in Lordly Lode. It means that any special summoned monsters' effects BEFORE the card's activation don't matter. Only after.
