Inkline mesmerism is always better, even going first. The spells traps and monster effects trigger Selene to plus 500 your monster, and more often then not you are going into Gorgone Queen of the evil eye which is 2100 after summon, with only one effect she and no other traps activated she goes to 2600. I have never found manhunt to be a better card in testing, it is infirior in every way. It doesn’t allow you to attack, mesmirism also makes the monster you steal an evil eye monster for link climbing out of Gorgone into zerzziel. Also you can use the effects of the monster stolen with mesmirism. The only way manhunt is remotely better is if you control no monsters, but if that’s the case manhunt isn’t going to do much of anything

Inkline the decklist es very easy, this deck does not like outside support to function at an optimized level, outside of Nibiru I see no point in running non archetype cards in the main deck. This deck was designed as a toolbox control deck. With that being said I don’t see it becoming a tier one deck without more support after chaos impact. Great local and regionals level deck, and I could see it top 30 ycs
