I LOVE this project and it is my 3rd year doing it. This project runs from January 20th to December 20th and this is my introduction for 2024! I ended up decluttering my Shimmer Veil because it was so dry and it did not leave a comfortable feeling on my eyelids. Yes to thrill from the ND Palette. It was the first and easiest one to pan if you use it with your fingers and as a center shade. The 2nd one is babies. But be careful, because they move around in the pan and some bits try to break off.
