I love hearing what works and what doesn't work for other readers. Even when I personally disagree with the dislikes, it can help me solidify/remember why a certain deck *does* work for me. It's all helpful content.

The Cagliostro Decks are very interesting and have some history. They were produced by Modiano in 1912 a few years later Modiano was burned and a lot of their archives destroyed. The company rebuilt and then was later bombarded in the Second World War. The art on these cards was somehow preserved and Modiano released them in 1948. The 1948 decks are called something else and are in Italian and VERY rare. Oddly the translation from the 1948 set compared to the 81 US version is slightly different. Definitely a collectors item.

Just a quick explanation: Lo Scarabeo is an Italian publisher and it's totally independent from the Lewellyn, the last one is only the American publisher which buy the major part of the tarot deck published by Lo Scarabeo in USA and UK markets ;)

I love the Dark Mansion Tarot and have to agree re: shipping. The only reason I haven’t bought it yet is because of the shipping to Canada. I almost got it on Black Friday when it was $5 off but still couldn’t justify it 😂

ME ME ME, it was me who wanted the Oracle of the Radiant Sun, I was kinda waiting for Peggy's embroidery machine to come back. I need to order a Peggy bag for my Lennie tiles, I was going to get a skullie bag...but I think maybe a Pentacle because the Sawyers path logo...mmmm. If her machine is back, let me know. I might be into the Calgiostro tarot. Do you have a wish list for trading?? I have the Crystal tarot - the older printing that doesn't have the noxious blue circle in the borders...still the art is soooo small...wish I had gotten the majors only deck when it was on ebay. urgh, so many decks, so little money. I have a Silhouettes tarot that I think I would trade...and a few other things. You should read the Buddah LWB and use it a few times...the little pictures on the minors make for some really sweet, funny ON THE NOSE readings. Hard to get it back once you let it go...
