@Strongtie is the worst company professional deck builders have to deal with. They bought the rights to this terrific software, which thousands of us paid upwards of $2K for, and then made it impossible for us to install and run on new computers. They "orphaned" us when they made a "marketing decision" to go after the "mom and pop customers", with a lame lighter version, that cannot do a tine fraction of what we were able to do in DeckTools. They abandoned it, without giving us a final version we could run at our own risk, knowing there is no support (they provided none anyway), and told us to basically go pound. Terrible. #DoNotBuyStrongTie
