I feel like the writers aren’t taking themselves so seriously this season and it’s really working. The jokes don’t play out as excessively long as they did before and they’re actually cutting the tension with some silliness now and then. I know these sketches probably look insanely stupid on paper, but the cast is executing it flawlessly. If the rest of the season is this good, it’ll be one of their best seasons yet.

YES. It's so good to see everyone being purely, perfectly silly. SNL's best sketches are always the ones where it either seems pointless on paper or where things just go chaotically off-kilter (Super Showcase Models, anyone?)
@michaelmarks90023 жыл бұрын
Yeah this whole episode was great.
@j_a_m_e_s_3 жыл бұрын
Idk. The first episode was pretty lame. Then the rami Malek episode was pretty meh. But the worst part of this season , is that they put that Asian guy on multiple skits just to dance with music on and be very gay. I guess some people could find that funny the first time, maybe, but not over and over and in different sketches.
