Yes! I did this after she spoke on this at my church- found $500 in my room alone!; got out my deep depression slump; got my dream job unexpectedly- was promoted (salary increase) 4X...in less than a year. Recently shared my testimony with my mom's Sunday School class and Momma Savelle's story of how God told her "to vaccum". Sharing my old (2014) story helped to rejuvenate me all over again! This message is a TRUE BLESSING- Never underestimate this "Cleaning Teaching"😊

Nice Video clip! Excuse me for chiming in, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you ever tried - Mahorrla Control Clutter Method (should be on google have a look)? It is a good exclusive product for decluttering your home minus the normal expense. Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my friend Sam at last got astronomical success with it.

Terri, I feel so Me again!❤️ As I finally have an Apartment of my own! I'm arranging it totally to fit my needs, comforts and most of all to be able to live a diversified life! If you only knew what I've gone through renting rooms, being dis-satisfied and living with everything all messed up just because of that!😕 I'm a very organized person by nature. And I'm OCD where I like to place my stuff and how! So you can imagine what a Nightmare Ive gone through. I"m not a Horder in any way, & like every 6 months I throw clothes away I see I haven't worn, and I also go through stuff also that I find I'm not using, I throw it out! I like as much floor space as possible. Thank you for the ideas in this video!

just want to share this. because my husband is used to just throwing everything anywhere when he strips before getting a shower , I made him a DIY box “Daddy’s treasure box” so he can just put all that is inside his pocket from keys to change to wallet so he will just go back to his box everyday before he leave to get whatever he needs. In that box is a small jar where he can intentionally drop all his change. Last year we’re able to save $210 just from his little jar of change. 😊

Good message, but incorrect Scripture reference at 1:52. Luke 15:10 says, "Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth." The correct reference is Luke 16:10, which says, "He that is faithful in that which is least is faithful also in much: and he that is unjust in the least is unjust also in much."

Omg is that your closet?!? It’s so bright and beautiful just like you! Looks sharply organized, too, for neater decision-making. Go, Girl! Mine looks like a hoarders treasure trove. Lol. It’s my albatross. I spend most of my cleaning actually re-cleaning and re-de-cluttering my kids’ rooms (ages 6,3,2) and ignoring our own. My poor husband deserves better, so little by little, I’ve been taking 10-20 minute pickups every day and I keep a donate box in it that gets taken out each week on the way to church -weather or not it’s full (we use empty Pampers boxes) I’ve just added donate dropoff to our weekly routine ;) Every little bit helps. Once I read your book, Declutter Your Way to Success, it became easier to accept that the 3-day staycation I’ve been dreaming of to work on the house without the kids present was never going to happen, so it was time to make spaces in our days that would accommodate a “less mess” if we couldn’t go full out. Over time, it does add up. I’ve only made $30 on Poshmark so far though, after like 6 months, and there are more lucrative ways I can spend the time I put into to staging the pictures for that, so... priorities... Sometimes it’s just easier to give it away. If the stuff is nice or fancy, I can give it to Dress For Success or a woman’s shelter. It saves me time I could be using on building my side business. Thank you for all the encouragement and helpful tips!
