Thanks for these advices, I'm trying to declutter my bedroom, but I bought too many books during the last decade that I still want to read some day. I try to declutter little by little, because I can see the benefits of having less. By the way, i love that in every of your videos there is a clip of you waking up, it makes me smile/laugh every time !

Nice! I have a 6 months rule - if I didn’t use it within 6 months then I’ll donate it or sell (hurray!). This allowed me to trim down to my essentials and then buy only if I will use it for years.
