Loved watching this! I love the two lip crayons that I own - 'Honey' from the Revlon Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stains, and 'Woppin' Watermelon' from the Clinique Chubby sticks (which I see you have too!). Love this sleeveless turtleneck paired with the statement earrings, very chic!

ShopSRJ lol that reminds me... i have a couple of jumbo eye pencils i have not touched in ages! i should either use them or declutter them. haha i'm so obsessed with decluttering right now. :) xx

kelsielee07 lol!! i bought a few holiday sets so they added up rather quickly! :) i really like them... i am using one daily at the office (achiote) and it's really nice despite the shimmer...

I know this was a hard category for you so great job making a start! I would have a really hard time with jumbo lip crayons as well. I am sure I have even more than you! I have tried to pass on a few recently in shades I wouldn't wear, but I just love them too. I did buy one Sonia Kashuk one before Target closed, but otherwise I haven't bought any in 2015 though ! (so far I've bought one product per month, which is my goal, skipping March although I may make up for that at some point). also...IS THIS THE START OF DECLUTTER WEEK?!? haha. I'm so excited.

Zoë Danielle lol yes, it's keep or donate week!!! thank you... i think it helps when i do these videos so i can start getting used to the idea of letting go of products. i'm hoping to do some lip swatch videos by colour family down the road as part of keep or donate... i've been really good at decluttering when i do those videos. i want to do it now but i still have too many of each colour. :) wow, that's awesome that you are buying one product per month!!

petitepearstyle well, it is totally inflated by getting a lot of PR samples, but I have given several suitcases of worth of things away, so I really try to thoughtfully decide what I want to keep after I've reviewed it. yay keep or donate keep! i am just about to watch rimmel!

Although this was difficult for you, you did great! I can relate to feeling guilty about excessive purchases...for me...it has been since I started KZbin...unfortunately, I was crazed in getting things...I still do buy, but I have definitely calmed myself down this year..mainly due to wedding...lol...I need to declutter my lipsticks....it is sad when they go bad and they haven't been used...well, you are on a great path so great job! Pebbles Flintstone awww thank you!! it really is sad when they go bad... i am really going to try to declutter the old ones and focus on using what i have before i buy more. definitely humbling to go through a massive collection of unused products. i used to have such a small collection but i went crazy too when i started youtube. hope you had a great weekend... i am sorry to hear you are stressed... hopefully everything will settle down soon. xxxxx

Watching this made me go check on my jumbo lip crayons and I found one of my Tarte ones had gone off as well. Just like you, it was a shade I really liked (a matte in Exposed). Luckily I had gotten it as part of a set on clearance after the holidays, but I was bummed because I liked it, and I won't spend the money to repurchase it because I have so many others. Lesson (hopefully) learned!

NelleShoeGirl there must be something about that shade! i was bummed too because i liked it as well. i'm trying to use one of my lip crayons up but it's lasting so long. i can't imagine how i'll ever get through everything but at least i'm not adding more to my collection...

I have one jumbo lip crayon by Pixi that I got in my ipsy bag. It seemed ok, but not as moisturizing as my lipsticks. Keep in mind I have maybe, 5 lipsticks total, so my experience with lip crayons is extremely limited. Plus, the lip crayon is a bright pink colour, whereas I usually reach for a bold red. :) I like your decluttering videos. I'm also really interested in what people eat/drink so your videos on tea, cooking at home (rare, I know!), or going to restaurants is pretty cool. I'm 27 and live in my mom's basement, so I kinda live vicariously through you sometimes lol.

cistle thanks so much!! i'm glad you like the decluttering videos... i really enjoy doing them because they help me to think about what i want to keep. i do want to pare down my makeup collection a lot but also clothing etc. i find some jumbo lip crayons more moisturizing than others... i have not tried the pixi brand though! i love food so it's quite heavily featured in my vlogs... sometimes i think it is too much so i'm happy to hear you like it. :)

Or, instead of doing declutters more often, don't buy as many products, do more research when you buy, and work on using your products up first before you buy new ones (3 out, 1 in, or 2 out, 1 in)...that's my policy, and it works very well!

TheFieldhockeygk11 thank you for the suggestion! i actually haven't bought any new products since 2013 (except to replace essentials and i also bought some things to try when i was in japan last year)... other than that, my products are as a result of past hoarding, which i am trying to correct.

I love it! Your videos are always so thoughtful, which is why I'm subscribed...you do lots of thinking, and try not to keep things that are too close together in shade...I would try to do a "use it up"! They're fun...but don't model them after a lot of the you tubers out there...theirs are a bit tacky, and just plain wasteful!
