I love collection/declutter videos! Not to see how much people get rid of, but to see the different products-a lot of which I didn’t know about. It’s just interesting to me. I personally don’t get rid of a lot either, because I bought it and I enjoy my collection. I actually have a drawer where I put things I don’t love. They stay there a while before I actually get rid of them just in case I change my mind.

I also appreciate seeing fuller collections or declutters of old and new makeup instead of just the new new. The mini reviews can be more helpful (even if they’re brief) because the creator is looking at everything en masse and implicitly comparing products. I keep my makeup as long as it doesn’t turn into a science project and still performs for me the way I want, so I don’t fear older products.

I’m so jealous you have cherub, it’s so pretty! I was sad I didn’t know about em cosmetics till it was already gone 😢 my bff in middle school and I used to watch Michelle Phan all night long, we LOVED her videos back in like 2012 omg. I heard about her joining the cult too, which makes me sad. That can be no joke, I really hope she’s ok. I love the so soft cream blushes in her makeup line and forever have a soft spot for her since she helped me and my friend at the VERY beginning of our makeup journeys 😂 it was tragic at first till we found her. and I hope they don’t take away the OE blushes! I have Roseate Love but wanted Peach Gleam too lmao, and those highlighters I wanna try too! And lmao I always stash lashes in my makeup like that, for example my old maybelline set and smooth powder that I only have a little left in, that’s one of the ones I tend to put them in haha! That part with the lash made me laugh because it’s too relatable. Great video, Amy! ❤ as a fellow blush lover, I know it can be hard to declutter blushes! I definitely need to do this soon. I love collections and declutters! Your collection is a great size, I honestly thought you were going to have more to go through. I'm about a shade or so darker than you, and I wear Nabla Truth as a blush, a beautiful golden-coral, and Privilege or Ozone as a highlighter. I still love all my Physician's Formula Butter products, I just wore the peach blush yesterday! 😄 I'm convinced no one has ever panned a blush in all the history of makeup, lol 😂 Please do more , I love all the categories, and you can combine all the little categories together. I love declutters for multiple reasons. I love the mini reviews and seeing what ppl love enough to keep. I also love seeing other ppls collections. After I've watched it for review purposes I like to re-watch them to go to sleep too. For me declutters are chill videos that are interesting enough to hold my attention but not too interesting (because I've already watched) to where I can't go to sleep. I found yours to fit this this I will re-watch catagory, I really hope you do more so I add them all to my declutter playlist.

I think that we had viewers think that some products that are decluttered are in how fav..with that being said its like Nooooo..lol..But I personally don't hink if your going to declutter ..than do just that..because you do get alot with buying or gifted.. I love declutters because as someone who is incredibly picky, I feel like I get to see more of the type of products I like rather than just what the KZbinr like, if that makes any sense? I would love to see a ranking or declutter/collection video of contour. As someone who is both cool toned and pale I can’t find a contour that doesn’t look good on me so I would love to see which ones you like. Sorry for such a long comment. Love your videos!

I need a peach blush so this is useful for future reference. I am so tempted by red blush because I mostly want the Tower28 panda release. I don’t usually go for peach but I think if I find a hot peach I can cover the Pantone colour trend. TBH I love a powder more than a cream or liquid blush. I do have that highlighter from Haus Labs (Fire Opal) that I wear as a blush…so I might not be able to justify a purchase during my no buy, low buy resolution. I do love the highlighter range in so many lines as a topper for blush, bronzer or even eye shadow

Honestly I find it more wasteful to just hang onto something either out of guilt for spending the money (or whatever else it may be), letting it sit around unused. Rather than giving it to someone else who could use it. Though, I run into the issue where barely any of the women I know even wear makeup. Especially not the way that I do lol. Which makes it harder for me to declutter anything unless it's super old/obviously expired. Because I don't want to just throw away something that's good still.

There are organizations like Project Beauty Share (Taylor Wynn works with them) that take used powder products (and new everything else) and donate to women's shelters and charities. They clean and sanitize. I donated a sizable box when I moved a couple years ago,, highly recommend!

My only personal issue with declutters is that not everyone wants used or even “lightly used” makeup. That being said, I get that it’s your job and you don’t need to justify your purchases or declutters to anyone.
