I decluttered all my underwear a few years ago and switched to 5-6 pairs of black handmade French lingerie. I don’t run out when travelling because I hand wash them anyway. And I only wear merino wool socks now, thick for winter and thin for summer. They’ve lasted years and Icebreaker has a lifetime warrantee on their socks.

Wow, this came just in time for encouragement. I'm downsizing my bdrm dresser from 36"W X 18"D X 32"H to 23"W x 16"D x 24"H.. So, I went and decluttered the following: 5 bras, 16 pairs of socks, 11 panties, 5 camies, 3 pairs of shorts, 2 swim suits, and 5 pair of gloves. :O :O I cannot believe that much!! Thank you for all of your wonderful videos and your openness about such natural things we all use

Tank tops with built in wireless bras are where it’s at! Provided they fit perfectly, or course! I ordered like 7 different ones online from UNIQLO, and only 3 fit my body shape, because I have a mom-bod, and they’re made in Japan, so the sizing is perfect but online shopping for bras is usually a terrible idea because cups come in different in shapes. I have one bigger bra I keep for pregnancy, since when you’re full of milk, you go up a size.

I love that you made this video and acknowledged that black period underwear is a thing, I legit just bought a few black pairs for that exact reason lol! Great video, and perfect timing, I’ve been slowly decluttering for the past year or so and have been avoiding my underwear drawer cuz I have sooooo many and I can’t really donate them ya know? 😆 I hate to see them go to waste but I legit just don’t wear certain styles anymore...

Do you have to undress every time you go to the bathroom with the body suit? Especially with no clasp at the bottom. That's what's kept me from buying one.

xlithiumx3 if there's no clasp on the bottom then yeah pretty much, but if it has a clasp then you just undo that and it really isn't a very big pain. I only wear bodysuits instead of camis now because they're much more convenient, I just make sure they always have a clasp. It's honestly much less annoying to just wear a bodysuit with a clasp than it is to wear a cami, at least for me, especially since I would otherwise be taking a lot more time to tuck the cami in every single time after going to the bathroom.

aleisha rose I’ve seen the clothes recycling bins around town, so I usually just recycle any textile like socks and underwear 🤗

I can't stand how camisoles are either. They roll up so much on me it's crazy. I usually wear tight ones under every shirt I wear due to having a large chest. It helps keep them from hurting when moving around. I plan on adding some bodysuits/onezies in my wardrobe when I can. They'll go great with skirts I think 🙂

All my underwears are sooo old. They look disgusting, they have holes... I don’t dare go through them because I would just want to get rid of the whole bunch, but you know... I still need to wear undergarments 🙄 And I’m so uninspired to go and buy new at H&M which will look the same as the rest in two weeks or so. Just ordered some Organic Basics. I hope that I like them so I can buy a bunch and just go and recycle the rest! 🙏 Love that I finally find a brand that aligns with my values, my aesthetics and with a reasonable prize as well. You can donate clean undergarments to H&M and some other retailers and they’ll recycle them

I don't own any camisoles at all - really hated them as a kid so I decided to not wear them. If I need to layer up I've always got some tops that I could wear on their own and who don't ride up while looking good if a bit of them is visible

I am not a fan of body suits. Especially without crotch snaps. They are too hard to go to the bathroom when you are wearing them!

Ashlynne Eaton I actually decluttered my under things awhile back and got rid of all of the underwear that I was always avoiding wearing. I wore what I had for awhile and then bought some more of my favorites since I felt like I was running out of them too frequently.
