WOW this is awsome I loves it....would the substrate have to be a hard surface like a canvas or piece of wood..? I'd probably would think paper would rip if used wouldnt it....sooo cool iv just learnt something new 😁thank you for sharing

So glad you liked it! These background techniques would probably be too heavy for regular paper, but you could probably use card stock without a problem.

Beautiful results, but can I ask what actually is Easy Float and what is it specifically for? Do you just use it in replace of alcohol or does it have another purpose? Thanks.

Did you say you used some type of hair wax/pomade for the resist? What kind did you use? I'm in the US, just curious what a comparable product would be. That was such an easy, yet stunning, technique.

I use vaseline instead of the hairwax to creat this torn paper effect. works the same way is cheaper.
