How flippin' adorable!! I don't remember those phone cases, but I do remember Lala Loopsy LOL I was more of a Lisa Frank or Hello Kitty/Sanrio kind of girl, but I'm probably older than you! Just paint would be ok on the base of the cup where it will be covered in glue and stones etc but the eposed bottom would scratch and chip so you can leave that unpainted.

? I have stainless steel tumblers and I would like to sublimate them. Okay hat would I have to use in order to prep the cup before sublimation since it’s not coated?
