Yeah, by the track titles, it sounds like this one should be called "Deception", but the style is very obviously Decoder's. The other side is very obviously a Tech Itch track. Looks like the artist names are correct but maybe the track name info got swapped around by accident ? Either way, love this one here - Decoder was on top form all through the 90's.
