Great writing, character arcs. Well written movie. Liked the idea of how extreme attitudes are not good. However, the ideology is just crappy. Gandians are not extremists. During pre freedom era, alcohol was one of the means used to lure, corrupt, and detoriate standard of living in India. Gandhi and a lot of freedom fighters fought for Indian made goods, salt, alcohol ban and a lot more. Eventually, alcohol is inevitable now, but people who do not drink or those who have principles can’t be termed as extreme ones. The concept of anything overdone is toxic is good one, however the way it was coveyed is very twisted. I see why mangai character was removed.Gandhi mahaans character would have been even worst in case it would have been there. The conclusion was crappy too, could have ended it with Gandhi just talking abt the “too much is too bad” instead of botching dada’s character. Dada was really good and dhruv nailed it. The only issue with dada was he was a bit stern in his ways, but his intentions were not as bad as Gandhi’s. Gandhi was 500% twisted and dark. I wish karthik has better ideologies and take good movies in the future rather than twisted ones. Glorifying bad is not great.

Every father and son has conflicts.. but how come police didnt take action against Vikram when he shoots other officers after Rockys death.. dadaji is shown smart but at end his smartness is not tested..
