Thanks so much for the video! I have been putting off decoding Meteor-M 2 for a long time now. This was because of the complexity of getting all the programs to run together. I had no idea that there was a pre-configured suite. Thanks to your video, I was able to start decoding an image within hours! Thanks, and 73’s. Scott - VA7SKW

Thanks Jack! Its a quick and easy install for sure. I'm working on another video that I will go more into detail about different optional configurations, overlays and also having the software combine images from multiple passes. All quite easy now thanks to this well-preconfigured software suite!

@@darryldowney HI, any news on the latest video. Also, because Meteor has switched off the IR channel for the summer, you may have to change the setting in the DDE tracker config in SDRSharp from 125.jpg to 123.jpg and also in the LRPT decoder config format section to RGB123. The satellite normally switches back to IR 125 in October. You wont however get images with rainfall or thermal data till it switches back to 125. Edit: Apparently MeteorGIS takes care of the change automatically.
