after we were born, the parents, the society make the most to teach us to speak. never in our life they teach us how to remain silent. why silence is uncomfortable? it seems your problem is you dont know how to remain silent. and not from your mouth. but in your head

@@timotheusdausab8619 because you have the habit of compulsive thinking. you cannot think or overthink without the tool of Attention. If you learn to redirect the Attention that the mind needs to generate thinking, you will find that timeout that you search for. if you allow me i recommend 2 practices to test what im saying. one is stereograms. you can find them on google. this are 3D pictures visible only when looking deeper then the screen, like you have x ray and you can see through your phone 3-4 cm behind it. once you catch how to look at this pictures, keep your attention for 2 min on them. you will see how peaceful your inner world becomes. second practice use your Conscious Attention on the upper lip at the entrance of your nose, not on the breathing, on the body. you can use the breathing just to amplify the sensations on the upper lip. practice for 10 min, see what happens. best of luck in developing tools for your inner peace.

This was amazing. Thank you very much indeed. Started to read a book this morning and it mentioned that "God is absolute existence, knowledge and bliss. The universe is not real. God and man's inner Self are one... No object, no kind of knowledge, can be absolutely real if its existence is only temporary... every object of knowledge, external or internal is subject to modification and therefore "not real"... What is the Reality behind all our experiences? There is only one thing that never leaves us--the deep consciousness... this is the absolute Self. In dreamless sleep, also, the real Self is present as a witness, while the ego-sense which we call "ourself", our individuality, has become temporarily merged in ignorance and disappeared." That, plus this beautiful video, I feel are connected somehow as if one led to the other. Anyway, hopefully somebody else can enjoy it or absorb something from it. Interesting. Words like “savior” & “enemy” never made much sense to me. I don’t feel we are mini gods…I feel we are all extensions of our Creator. Faith-based people have a strong spiritual connection. Non-believers put their faith in science, technology, money, men & machines. The sentence: “There is nothing that is not God”…gives me truth chills. I feel like evil is basically a deep-seated amnesia about this undeniable (to me) truth.

@@AwakeWeStand John 1 plainly refutes this ridiculous heresy. "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. There was a man sent from God whose name was John. He came as a witness to testify concerning that light, so that through him all might believe. He himself was not the light; he came only as a witness to the light. The true light that gives light to everyone was coming into the world. He was in the world, and though the world was made through him, the world did not recognize him. He came to that which was his own, but his own did not receive him. Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God- children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God. The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. (John testified concerning him. He cried out, saying, “This is the one I spoke about when I said, ‘He who comes after me has surpassed me because he was before me.’”) Out of his fullness we have all received grace in place of grace already given. For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. No one has ever seen God, but the one and only Son, who is himself God and is in closest relationship with the Father, has made him known."
