The waswas intrusive thoughts are no joke. The more a person entertain these thoughts, the more it'll lead a person down the rabbit hole of self-destruction. Like you said, it's sooo important to nip it in the bud and shrug it off each time it pops up

Wallahi..its so worse. I sometimes get it. But I remind myself again and again. It's all just the tricks of the shaytan..only bcoz I am now in the right path..so he wants me away from allah..and so it makes me more conscious of the fact that i have a great opportunity to seek refuge in allah..and I do find relief...guys whenever you get these doubts ..remind yourself that allah is just testing our imaan and that's it . Whether or not..we are obliged to perform our regular duties..that is to just pray to allah ..adhere to the quran..follow our beloved prophet Mohammad (swt) pbuh..thats it..we are of the believers and surely allah will reward us..this Dunya is temporary but jannah is eternal for us believers

waswas and doubts are a sign of truth.. wallahi I never got these waswas when I was doing something haram( don't wanna expose myself lol) I realized I only got them when I did something religouly good like salah, giving up sins even non reliogusly speaking I got waswas when I start being healthier and got thoughts like " this will never work" but never got such thoughts when I was stuffing myself with junk food .. the main task is to realize ur true enemy which is shaitan and overcome it

I’ve been dealing with doubts, was was and all sorts and it’s besieged me for 10 years, my mind is boggled makes me doubt always and just always having to ask questions, I don’t even know what to do anymore, it’s become so hard. I don’t want to leave islam naudubillah, I just don’t know how to fix up.

Maybe you need to do nothing, let it be and shift your focus onto other things in life. Easer said than done as we form habits of thought over time but give it a go.

My tip: Allah, and ONLY Allah, has full and certain knowledge. Humans can never achieve that certainty, and hence we should understand that having limitations of knowledge is part of not being God, and hence don't kill yourself over silly ideas of 0.0000000000000000000001% possibilities.
