Don't let this overwhelm you. I know there is a lot that Gillian shows here but she did it one bite at a time. The biggest takeaway here is to structure out your client journey and to make sure you follow up with your hot leads who don't buy right away. Keeps things simple and valuable. I also have a follow up email newsletter that I cycle through after about a year like you do Gillian, so much easier and you're absolutely right, it's been so long that no one realizes they are the same emails. Plus it gives you the opportunity to give the very best of yourself without wearing yourself out. thank-you Gillian for always being so open, so step-by-step, so thoughtful and kind. We love you too. It looked like a lot of emails within this sales funnel. How many do you estimate? Do you have any advice on how to structure sales funnel emails. I understand the elements of nurture and sale emails it's the structuring and the authority parts I struggle with currently. I've heard things like 1 sales emails for every 3 nurture emails or 5 nurture emails for every 1 sales email. Last question... because this is an evergreen product -- how often do you update the content of your course; what would you recommend for other course creators? Thanks! :)

Hey Chimica. From my experience helping course creators and coaches sell with emails, I can tell you there's no formal structure for the flow. I have clients who have 2/3 sales emails per week, some have according to their sales calendar or launches and some are based on their growth plan. So it depends on your audience and goals. Hope that helps.

I use Zapier for integrations and I love it. Some platforms have their own integrations directly. Like leadpages integrates with Convertkit without Zapier. Hope this helps.
