As a lawyer, I had occasion to deal with this Act and the provisions are very much in favour of the Wakf Board which can declare any property as Wakf property and register it as such. Once the property is declared as Wakf Property, the owner of the property has to go to the Court and prove his ownership all over again in the Court against the Wakf Board. It is very difficult most of the time and he will lose his property.The effect of these provisions of Law is to enable the Wakf Board to avoid ALL provisions of the Judicial System and vest all the Judicial Powers on the Wakf Board and the Wakf Tribunal.

Congress was always a hidden muslim party and they did what they hv to for muslim organisations.. so much so that they hv ammended the waqf board property act in such a way that the entire country land can be fraudulently taken away by waqf board.. it was the hindus who were ignorant and were divided among themselves on caste lines and linguistic lines region wise that they kept voting for Congress in the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's, and 90's...Now what is our modi govt doing for hindus.. 10 yrs and modi govt the so called hindu govt has not dismantled the waqf board property act from parliament. They can do it in one stroke as they are in full majority.. is modi BJP govt also fooling the hindus.. modi govt shud hv done this immediately after coming to power in 2014

Major milestone is article 370 demolition which many Muslim leaders were challenging will not change, no matter what BJP will do. प्रथम कृत युग में जो धर्म अस्तित्व में था वह त्रेता युग में भी कार्य कर रहा था। द्वापर में उग्र और तीव्र रूप से प्रभावित होने के बाद कलियुग में यह विलुप्त हो जाता है। उस युग में जातियों के (वर्गीकरण) का सर्वथा विनाश हो जाता है। इसी प्रकार, जीवन के विभिन्न चरण अस्त-व्यस्त और मिश्रित हो जाते हैं। उस युग में श्रुति और स्मृति एक दूसरे से भिन्न हो जाते हैं। श्रुति और स्मृति में अंतर के कारण किसी निश्चित निष्कर्ष पर नहीं पहुंचा जा सकता। निश्चितता के अभाव के कारण धर्म का कोई (स्पष्ट) सिद्धांत शेष नहीं बचा है। आद्ये कृते यो धर्मोऽस्ति स त्रेतायां प्रवर्तते ॥ द्वापरे व्याकुलीभूत्वा प्रणश्यति कलौ युगे ॥५॥ वर्णानां विपरिध्वंसः संकीयत तथाश्रमाः ॥ द्वैविध्यं प्रतिपद्येते युगे तस्मिञ्छ्रुति स्मृती ॥ ६॥ द्वैधात्तथा श्रुतिस्मृत्योर्निश्चयो नाधिगम्यते । अनिश्चयादिगमनाद्धर्मतत्वं न विद्यते ॥ ७ ॥ ब्रह्माण्ड पुराण 2.31.5-7

Back in 2000s when this law was getting updated, BJP SPKPS said on RECORD "why didnt you bring this earlier" BJP has plans to digitalize the waqf property (already done 60% - amit shah's speech) so that no enroachment can be done in future. once a waqf always a waqf. get out of your sleep.
