How is the battery, smoothness in apps and camera quality in 2024? Planning to buy one 😊

hi there!! So I’ve been using this phone for about 4 years now^^ and it has been serving me very very well! For the battery life it’s great! During the first year I started using it my battery life practically lasted 10 hours (without constantly watching KZbin,Netflix &using TikTok etc) , I think the issues started coming after 1 year of me using it and within that year it gradually dropped from 99% to 87% in the span of two years, but honestly this also depends on how you take care of your phone. Honestly, when I used this phone I’d only charge it when the battery was at 10% or lower (which is something that you shouldn’t do ) if you want your battery health to last longer, and there were times when I’d use it while it was charging (also big mistake)😭🙏. In terms of the smoothness in apps, everything is great! , but I definitely think when the newer iOS 17+ updates come around it might start lagging slightly due to the heaviness of the update (but it becomes alright after a while), also my battery health dropped all the way to 79% after I updated it to iOS 17+🥹 so in this case, I feel that if you invest in the iPhone 11^ it would be a better choice rather than the xr due to Apple might leaving out the xr in future software updates. Hence the, availability of newer iPhones, you definitely cannot compare the xr’s camera to the 15 as the 15’s is much better😫 But the camera is still amazing!!!, friends of mine who have the 13^ actually said that they prefer my phone’s camera over theirs which I find to be quite hilarious since I’ve always thought it was better😂, but the xr definitely has a more raw natural look on the camera (and I’m all for that!) I actually shoot some of my other videos with this phone! ^^ so have a look for yourself if you’d like to judge it! Overall, I don’t think I will be buying a new phone until this phone actually breaks as it works perfectly fine for me to this day!❤️‍🩹🫀 (again the disadvantage may come from when you update to a newer IOS version!, however it did not really affect me that much since I refused to update to the iOS 17+😂 so till this day I’m still on iOS 17.1! I’m not exactly a tech expert, so watching other reviews of the xr in 2024 on KZbin i think would be really helpful for you in making your decision.^^ good luck!^^
