I feel the same way!! I HATE when the days get longer. Don’t like the heat. I tell my husband I’m a vampire cause I like the dark. Hanging out in my bat cave which is my basement. I love the tree 🌲 . I don’t put my Halloween tree until august cause my husband would have a fit but at least we compromised as having some spooky decor out all year around which makes my spooky 👻 soul happy.

When you spoke about Spring and Summer, I was , yes, someone gets how think and feel. We live in Maine, and when Fall and Winter come it's such a relief. The only one I'm not so sure about is the darkness descending at 4 to 4:30, feels a little oppressive. Your tree is so fun.

I have to say I totally agree with you and the others that commented about preferring fall/Halloween to just about any other time of the year. I envy you your wonderful office space where you have plenty of storage for all your Halloween goodies. 2:26 yes! i relate so much to what you say! i also hate spring, but it's my second most hated. first one is summer... because here in spain it's melting hot, already in spring, but summer is just unbearable. now it's just cloudy but crazy hot at the same tame, and there are a lot of bugs :(

Ok I relate so much to how you feel about spring/summer & the sun 😩 I absolutely love when it gets dark out early, like I wanna go outside when it’s dark, not when it’s not & bright out. I also feel like less people are out then. Also I sleep early for work & I can’t stand listening to people mowing their lawns when I’m trying to sleep even though it’s like 9pm but the sun is still out 😅 idk everything about summer grosses me out. I want dark, cold, less people, quieter, etc 😆 I’m so glad that we’re halfway to Halloween! I really need the distraction & to have something to look forward to. Oh I hear you on all parts of spring, believe me! It's wet and messy and still pretty cold. I'm an extroverted introvert who's a night owl by nature and don't ever quite feel "like myself" during the day, or out with a lot of people unless I'm in the right mood...or in the woods, pretty far out. The only exception that I've found for me and sunlight is the way I feel in the Southwest sun - all the Four Corners states, that sunshine feeds my soul (but the sun also sets earlier there, so I can get my waking hours of darkness in, too!). Amazing tree! I think when I get into a "forever home" I'm going to have a year-round tree of sorts, too 🎃🤩

I loathe Spring. It just makes me feel yucky. & I also like when it's dark early! I'm not sure why, it just reminds me of my childhood and cozy nights in. Also I almost got chills when you said those bells remind you of your mom. My mom loved those holiday bells and we had them all over Christmas and Easter. They always bring back such nice memories for me ❤

I used to really, really hate spring and summer when I lived in AZ, because of the awful heat! Now that I live in Indiana I like all the seasons because I love change. Its refreshing to have a change every few months. I enjoy longer days so my kids can play outside longer, plus I live in the country and the roads are dark for driving so its nice to see where I am going longer. That said, my favorite season is Autumn. I love the fall colors, the events, and Halloween of course! And I prefer my temps to be 75 or lower..haha! Love your tree! It is so adorable!! 🧡🖤

I actually dread the summer in September because it means it is 9 months till the next hot horrible summer comes around again. I am one of those people where the sun light makes me happy and less depressed for my seasonal depression. Though i do despise summer especially in texas cause it lasts longer than usual. Plus it never gets cool at night it just stays humid 24/7 😭. I do enjoy fall and winter the most (cause i love Halloween and Christmas), also love a good snow storm just so comforting to me 😊

Your Halloween tree looks beautiful! I love tree topia...they're the best! My tree is fluffy and has clear lights. I always add orange and candy corn lights to it. My garland is feather boas and I was lucky to find them a long time ago. I need to get some new ones to add also. I have a ton of different Halloween ornaments that I will never let go of. I love the big metal jack o lantern bells. I got mine years ago at Michael's. I used to like to get a couple of new things each year but I think good Halloween tree stuff is getting harder to find. I enjoyed seeing your tree today and you did a great job on it!

I loved hubie Halloween! I’m also a huge Tim burton girl, anything nightmare before Christmas and corpse bride is for me! Trick r treat is also very special to my Halloween heart ❤ as far as spooky tv episodes my favorite Halloween episode of a show is the season 2 Halloween episode of Buffy the vampire slayer is my favorite. It was actually the very first episode of Buffy I ever watched. I loved how everyone turned into their costumes, especially willow turning into a ghost and everyone questioning what she was supposed to be cuz her outfit underneath was a sexy outfit.

I can relate about people getting out I. Spring and the being around crowds. Out grew personal anxiety with that as I worked more with the community as a ER nurse. Looking forward shorter days and getting darker earlier but that’s some time away. Muscle through Sam you can do it

Your Halloween tree is way too cute! 😊 Happy Halfoween! I can totally relate about the sun. I don’t mind Spring in Cali because it means colder weather but it’s not freezing. However, winter in SoCal is really more like Fall in other places. It comes so late in the year, it’s still blazing hot in October. I hate the sun being all bright and raising the temp. It makes me feel miserable all day long. I’m not a sun and surf kind of gal. If my life wasn’t rooted out here now, I’d have left Cali years ago. I’ll take dark, foggy and overcast days and long nights year round please. 😊

I am the opposite of everyone here- I like Spring because it starts to stay lighter longer and things turn green no more parkas and shoveling snow and it means Summer is coming. I love sunshine and warmth and BBQs outside and going to the boardwalk. My granddaughter is off school so no getting up at 645 and I get to spend a lot of time with her. My birthday is in October so I love October too- but I am not rushing and wishing away my Summer. Do I love these videos and Halloween decorations ?? Definitely 🧡🖤 🎃
