Looks straight out of a New York City posh penthouse!!! Or hotel, or an estate!! So incredibly elegant and classy with a bit of fun and whimsy!! You have the “Big” fireplace mantle with larger scaled decor; excellent!!! The fireplace itself, looks far nicer than the year before too. I mean the white mantle and the tin tile look facade.

I think the mantel is beautiful and perfect!!💯🎄 When the focal piece, is a Mark Roberts Santa,🎅 understated elegance is a must. Your regal deer goes perfectly with him. Hi ya Jeff . Nothing like a decorated fireplace . I also do this over my front window pelmet it takes me forever getting on and off the ladder to check if it's ok . Jeff comes in and just shakes his head and smiles . He knows unless it's just right I can't leave it . I'll have a cuppa and go back to it but I can see it from every part of the front of the house . I do over all my openings with garlands . My step father just sits watching me he's 82 he lives with us . But I can't get him to move sometimes so I decorate around him . My Tammy laughs one day mum you'll decorate him to . He agrees . Lol . My colours for the front room are mint green , silver and white I think ? Traditional colours in the family room . I love your enthusiasm and joy for Christmas decorating. Here's what does me in......where do you put all the 'every day' things you must remove in order to decorate? It takes me weeks afterwards to find the family photos, vases, clocks, etc that I've hidden in order to decorate. The mantel looks wonderful.

The pantry gets all the switched out decor ...visible and organized...we have plenty of cupboard space ...I added 5 cabinets to an already big kitchen when we bought the house ! Have garage with shelves and two out buildings ....we have a master bedroom double linen closet with shelves for change out decor. 🔔🎄
