Curtain behind the bed is a ~*~ feature ~*~ especially with a tall bed post, so you can use it as a curtain pull thingy, to keep the curtains open source: experience and refusal to believe otherwise

@@trinitycoll8627That doesn’t really mean anything considering they technically have the whole space, but going by that logic they actually have about the same space each as my entire room plus 1 tile. Whereas if they were in the same space they would have 1.5 by 1.75 tiles each…

Simsie, stop worrying about wood swatches that don’t match perfectly. In real life, wood is a natural material that’s never exactly the same, so even when two pieces of furniture are made of the same wood and finished the same they aren’t identical in colour. A set of matching wooden chairs won’t even be identical.

I noticed the desk/pc thing only happens if you turn the things you put on the desk, you can see it when you are turning it, it shows the square from the laptop too and when that happens, you will have to sit down first before you can use it, if you just leave the clutter on the desk straight its fine, which sucks, that should not be an issue but oh well lol

The divider works, but honestly I'd probably switch the kids rooming together at this point- the twins together made sense when they were younger, but now that they are teens and Jamie is a child the boys should room together and the girl should get the single.

I'd be pissed to be the twin stuck with the kid while the other gets to have privacy and their own space, all cuz of gender. I held a grudge over my mom baking my sister a bday cake but not me based on the season our birthdays are in, and rooms are a bigger deal than cake.

@sprigganpanda - Maybe it will stop when your generation become parents, but when bedroom spaces are short and individual rooms aren't available the practice of rooming girls with girls/boys with boys for provacy reasons has been par for the course.

kayla, i beg of you, please tell me how to choose different bedding swatches on the beds when using bunk beds. i don’t know if i’m just unintelligent, but i cannot for the life of me figure out how to do it. and then my sims are stuck with the same bedspread when they have two totally different personalities

To make the beds different swatches, place the loft bed version of the bed you want and then slot the regular bed underneath it, I hope this is helpful!

From my experience, the clutter on the desk it's fine unless it's on the right side, too close to the mouse. I just don't put clutter on that side, unless it's far from the computer and I've been fine. Although I usually don't like to use that much clutter anyway.

simsie, you need twisted mexi's better build/buy. i feel like you might have used it before? it will automatically turn on MOO, unlock all items, and sort your debug by pack.

She's said before that doesn't like using build mods. She could have the cheats enabled with MCCC as well (which she does use) but I always assumed she didn't use this setting so she can then explain how to enable for people learning building using her videos.
