Love your Christmas lights 😊 they look so cosy and warming. I hope you are feeling better and if putting your Christmas tree up earlier helps, go for it! Please don’t feel bad for feeling sluggish in November. We used to live in sync with the seasons and at this time our ancestors would be slowing down for winter. The world as it currently is makes us feel out of sorts due to the fake modern fast paced world that ignores the seasons and makes us feel guilty for acting unnaturally. I hope you manage to feel more at peace and take things at a pace that feels right for you Xx

But I really try to take moments for myself with a christmas movie and a glass of wine or something and just enjoy it. I am feeling the same way right now. I am so busy and I have no employees to help me out so my house & husband are suffering me working 18 hour days. It will level out and then you can rest and refresh! Take the moments that you can even small to just breathe and tell yourself you are enough!!
