ㅇ Butter soy sauce egg rice
ㅇ Spicy Makguksu (2T soy sauce, 3T red pepper powder, 2T chili pepper paste, 2T vinegar, 2T plum syrup, 4T sugar, 3T starch syrup, 2T minced garlic, a little bit of salt)
* Sweetness varies depending on red pepper paste, so adjust the amount of sugar ^^
📍 Baking (This recipe was given permission to share by Mambo Barista and Bakery Academy :)
ㅇ Vanilla Financier
* Soft flour 52g, sugar powder 52g, almond powder 52g, baking powder 2g, sugar 74g, egg white 132g, honey 4g, starch syrup 14g, hazelnut anchor butter 112g, vanilla bean 2g, vanilla paste 6g
* Sift the powder and mix the liquids to make a dough.
* Boil the butter, cool it to 60 degrees or less, divide it into 3 parts, and mix it with the dough.
* After resting the dough for about 30 minutes, pan 60% in a pan and bake in an oven at 190/170 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes.
ㅇ Green tea madeleine
* Soft flour 202g, baking powder 6g, green tea powder 21g, sugar 210g, starch syrup 30g, egg 225g, butter 225g
* Melt the butter in a hot water bath and mix it with the sifted powder and liquid mixture.
* Rest the dough for 30 minutes, grease the pan with butter and pan about 80%.
* Bake at 180/160 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.

Last week I had to leave my job urgently because I was worried that it’s beginning to affect my mental health. Then I started spending my time visiting gardens and with every visit I would buy a plant and plant it in my garden. It does really divert the thoughts and refreshes the mindset. At the same time I would choose plants that not only looking very beautiful but bee friendly. My husband and I wanted to help the bees and make them feel they are welcome to pollinate in our garden.
