I heard Kim's voice saying "fresh herbs, fresh citrus - it elevates the dish!" when you were talking about the parsley 😂 it's the same as watching Kim declutter and hearing your tips in the back of my mind! 😂 I love that you guys are friends and support each other and it's really cool to watch both of your videos and see that you are connected in a positive way and not by drama! ❤️❤️❤️

I’m a retired RN now and I would say that at least 50% of my time was at home or at work. I dearly missed so much. But you have no choice in many things. When I hosted I had chair issues. 🤪. You see I had a large table but only 4 chairs. Bring a chair!! No one complained ever. . Your table is beautiful and you did a stellar job! I love your house. Turkey looked great.

My favorite Christmas tradition is the Christmas Eve gift. Each year we get our kids a new set of pjs that they get to open on Christmas Eve morning and wear all day. In the evening we watch Polar Express and I make cocoa in special cups and bring it in during the hot cocoa scene in the movie. #christmastimeishere

Hey there, fellow LEO wife here ♥️. We've been pretty fortunate. My husband works for a pretty large agency so there's a lot more flexibility. All the peeps on his precinct will volunteer for the holidays they're willing to work during the season and if they have enough volunteers to meet the quota then the rest get the day off. He'll be working Christmas Eve, New Years Eve and Day. BUT he had off on Thanksgiving and will be home Christmas Day ♥️

Mickey's Christmas Carol! My parents recorded it for us on VHS off live TV back in the late 80's, how it brings back so many amazing memories. I still watch it every year and introduced my children to it many years ago. A tradition that will be kept forever! Your daughter going around wiping down all the chairs is so, so darling. Love when they can help in little ways like that. Thank you for giving us a peek into your Thanksgiving with your family. And continued prayers for you and you family!

Natalie if you want to save your Pathos plant also known as golden ivy, cut it back to the leaves closest to the pot, leaving about 2 inches of stem forward of that leaf.. Do cuttings from the end of your vine and and put them in water to root. After rooting you can add them to your planter. You may also want to get a smaller pot for the plant. Plant roots like to be cozy. When you feel your plant has become root bound you only go up an inch or 2 bigger for the pot and add extra soil. Good luck ! I inherited my plant from my Mom and hers looked just like yours at the time. It is now lush and is over 20 years old. aI do not allow mine to vine and that may be why it is so full.

Seeing your tree up on top of the box was so nostalgic for me. My grandmama’s home was a converted barn, right at the end of her street, and she had this beautiful big window on the front that had diamond shaped window panes. She’s put her 6’ free up on a table right in front of the window. I don’t know why, but I always loved the way the tree looked up on that low table. She would put tensile on it, with all of her collected ornaments (some from the 1930’s when she was a little girl❤️). Some of my favorite Christmas memories are around her Christmas tree, so thanks for bringing back those memories with your tree on the box, even though it didn’t quite work for your space❤️ Also, just wanted to say, you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers, grandmothers are so special🙏🏻❤️

For several years my hubby and I hosted Christmas when we were first married. It was so much fun. We live in a tiny condo. We had a good amount of people. We made it work! I really think you do what you gotta do to make it work. We still are in the condo. Making it work every year when we plan a few events during the year. I love the idea of owning stuff you will keep forever! I have a lot of that in my condo. I make do with what I own. Every year I get creative with the decorations that I already own. It's fun to decorate with what you got.

Dont bears or raccoons get into the cooler? I'm just starting to get to have family traditions because our 2 year-old is starting to understand the season. I really enjoyed cutting snowflakes with him a couple of weeks ago. The gingerbread house making felt a little over the top, where he was sugar high and hard to manage. I liked decorating the tree, too, but I'll probably have to learn how to step back and let my family decorate the "wrong" way. 🤭😆 Building a snowman was fun, too, even though it was the spider robot from Spidey and his Amazing Friends. 😂 Here's to new traditions! Right now I'm enjoying writing my cards.
