The finished results are stunning!!!!! I thought it was pretty before, and would have been satisfied, but, you certainly kicked it up a notch!!!!! You are a "bloody" genius!!!!! Hugs!!!! Yes, you're so right, loving these secret spots.....a throwback to childhood, but, lol, in my case, I don't think I ever left!!!! Oh yes Carol, I got lots and lots of ideas from this....my brain is exploding!!!!! GREAT little journal!!

When I was teaching we did a daily newsletter in class. I always squiggled like this around the edges and drew seasonal flowers or holiday designs too. I guess I always had some journal ideas lurking within me. After all my first graders practiced reading it, I would sending it home with one of them. They loved it and I did too.

Awe shucks, I can''t get out of the house yet, so Home Depot will have to wait for a while!!! I am a very high risk for the Corona virus and all the medical people here as well as the Governor is saying for "us" to stay put at home!!!! But, I'll get there one of these days!!!!
