Dont wait till you think you're ready because its slightly doubtful it ever will. You have to just start, right now. But please remember that if you have been eating under a 1000 cals a day to only up your cals by 100 a day. Check online about Refeeding Syndrome or seek medical advice. Not saying this to scare or stop you from recovering but I'd be very irresponsible not to say. I'm now about 6.5 months in to recovery and I somehow managed to get this far with no medical team/help or friends. It's not easy but its totally possible x

It's almost Christmas!!! I just loved the guitar playing in the beginning of this video. I really want to get back into playing myself. anywho, your tree looks soo beautiful. Like the ones from your previous Christmas videos decorating times 😊 🎄 I really do love those colors (💜 💙 💚 ). It is a bummer not having Satara and Alisha to decorate this year as well I bet..since they were away for school but I'm glad you all made the most of it. It was still lovely. I hope so.
