Guys you need a tree stand that can hold water to feed the tree, otherwise it will not last till Christmas. It will turn brown and the pines will all fall off. The first couple days it'll drink up a lot of water, so you will need to water it daily.

for the mulled wine in the glasses - if you have special glasses that you use for a coffee and that, they dont break but you can use a normal glass as long as you put a spoon in it so it conducts the heat and takes it away from the glass :) the metal cups are cute tho! love the tree aswell

I say next year, compromise and put two sets of lights on. I put two strands on the tree. One strand that twinkles and sits further in for "depth" and one strand that sits further out that doesn't flash for better light. It makes a fantastic effect. Merry Christmas from Australia. 🌟🎄

I love your vlogs! I watched all your isolation vlogs as I was preparing to do it myself. Back in March my dad and I booked to go to Australia in December to visit my Nanna and spend Christmas with her. Sadly when they had their big lockdown our flight got cancelled. Today should have been on the airplane flying out 😢. Feeling a bit sad and now very busy with work. Thank you for your video it has brought some Australian feels and brightened my day! 💕 x

Joe and Dianne, you should condition your tree first by standing it in a bucket of water outside for 48 hours at least and then it needs to stand in a tree stand that can hold some water, it needs a top up every day otherwise the needle drop will be horrendous, trees need so much water esp in our central heating homes.

I’m with Joe on the lights, you need some further in for depth, they light up baubles from behind. We always buy a new bauble for each year. We have a main tree downstairs in traditional red, green and gold, then upstairs a smaller tree in the frozen colours silver, baby blue, pink and lilac. I love Christmas.

Me and my family we will usually bring the real christmas tree about 19th or 20th DEC. Then you can be sure that you have still good looking tree up at christmas. And we throw it out at 6th JAN. We have always had real christmas trees and we're not going to change them to plastic one, no thank you it's not for us! Plus I really hope that we have snow on the ground on christmas also, like we have right now. :)

Did you soak the tree for 48hrs your suppose to slice the bottom of the tree and soak in bucket for 48hrs to stop the needles from dropping off 🌲🌲❤
