I did something similar a few years ago but I used small straw hats and added silk flowers around the brim. A high gloss medium over the flowers made them look like they were ceramic flowers. It's amazing what you can do with a little ingenuity. Btw, the hats weren't my idea. I got the idea from a craft magazine. This was before the internet and before we had great channels like yours to help us along the way. I so love your eggs and flowers but the tree trunks are spectacular!

Thanks they came out ok...I find it difficult to get excited over the egg thing...before my channel I'd put out a dozen eggs,add call it a day lol. The eggs are exquisite Joe ! Hard to believe these started out as dollar store items! Wow! Guess what Joe ....you have highly influenced my approach to creating decore within my home.. It dawned on me that other than making sure my home is clean n polished etc ( I say this cause you've really influenced me there too ....I'm starting to ask myself now (as I'm creating a look) Do I like it? I block out all the unnecessary critiquing that sends me in a direction that relys on a formula... my creative juices are coming alive since I'm willing to explore and trust my own sensibilities.
