Just recently my mother was diagnosed with G20 Parkinson's disease. I have searched in KZbin for some exercise that would help my mother. Thanks God I found your channel..will try your exercise...

hey i am learning driving car i has been 15 days during these 12 day i didn't have any shaking in legs but now it came out of no where! any solution how to overcome it

Yes. You can add another 10 each after resting for a minute each exercise. Im glad you find this helful. ❤️

My best friend has Parkinson’s but she says the horrible pain in her legs and shaking is not from PD. She’s tried all kinds of pain medicine and nothing helps. Any suggestions?

Parkinson disease is a very terrible illness, my Dad suffered from it for 19 years until we finally got a help and a medicine that truly works that helped treat, cure and reversed all his symptoms••My Dad is completely okay and healthy now..

Because your brain is multitasking by then. Tell your leg to kick or any part of your body to move. Say it the way you can hear it. And practice being in crowds. Starting in a grocery store. Just walk from one isle to the next
