first apply BODMAS rule. so, it become - (++b/c) + (a*d++) in second step it become = (3 /c ) + (a * 4) { use logic of pre and post increment operator. } now put value of c and a. so it become = (3/3) + (1*4) = 1 + 4 = 5.
