Perfect, cooked these as my children were asking me to cook them, I never knew you can add milk, I used oat milk OMG the best fried dumpling. The only thing I did different is I deep fried in my fryer at 170 degres temp. Thank you, next i'm going to try the curry goat never cooked this but the children love it, will go and source some goat today, already watched your video. Thanks again!

If you mix too much water, and I no mo water just add enough liquid until its a wet dough enough to spoon out into the oil add a bit more baking soda and spoon into the oil and let them fry until they puff into a round shape. These are what you call kpuff kpuff or Polynesian round pancakes or doughnut holes. You can even add banana to them theyre soooooo good. But I prefer of course Yardy style! YAHDY STYLE DEM KING!!

@@sandrar5154 I still very occasionally do the full on rice and (gunga) peas with curry goat but I'm already big enough without fried dumplin breakfasts..... Now if I could figure out the spicy beef stew that her mom used to serve up with savoury fried dumblin's hot sauce and beefsteak tomatoes, that'd be different..!
