I also drive trains on DFC tracks between BPUN to NKRJ. Previously we (Goods train druvers) were not getting traffic clearance due to mail/Express trains for hours. It reduced average speed of goods train to 40kmph. After DFC we don't need any clearance due to separate tracks available for goods it enhanced average speed to 75Kmph which is 5kmph more than that of Rajdhani. I

Approved dfc - (golden quadrilateral) East coast, southern, east west, north south corridors. Diamond quadrilateral - is proposed to connect all major cities with bullet train network. First phase is Mumbai- delhi where mumbai ahemdabad is under construction.

Usually Speed in dfc is 100kmph but it took lot of time when we take train from main line to dfc and vice versa , also in this rainy season at many points due to soil erosion dfc line faces some problems as the track is uplifted few metres , in future we can wish good results for goods train
