Respectfully, I’ll just share that the reason that abortion was largely the number one campaign issue is because there are a lot of women who are in need of medical abortions, meaning that the fetus was either no longer viable or the location of the fetus was endangering the mother’s life. Additionally, in many states specifically in the South, women were being forced to deal with their miscarriages without any medical care, almost to the point of death or until the development of sepsis, which has not only endangered their fertility, but also their lives. In addition, there are desires of wanting to control what is happening with people’s embryos during IVF, because some on the right believe that what is happening with the embryos is unethical. So when women say that they deserve to have autonomy over their own bodies, it’s more than just having an elective abortion. There are many heartbreaking stories about women who have lost their lives or fertility, or had horrifying miscarriages.

About two days before the election, during my devotional time with God, He led me scripture about how the Israelites have continued to place the laws that He gave to Moses for the people over what He has said to His people, which is why the continued to suffer and have judgment, and He reminded me on that on Wednesday after the election. People should vote their convictions, but also understand that it’s more than just about laws. It’s also about the character of those that you support. The Bible tells us that you know a tree by the fruit it bears, and all of the hatred that Donald Trump has spewed is not of God. Nobody can tell me it is, no matter what the political party says they stand for.

You could see the background of her original video where they did the poor splicing. The devil is busy and is ultra repulsive and disgusting in his doings. God has always established government amongst his people. God initially rejected any form of government without him at the head. In Israel's disobedience, he allowed them to have Kings. Those kings led them away from God. In Israel's disobedience to God's law and rule, God raised up Judges. Those judges also led the people away from God. God sets a precedent in scripture for following established government and thus living at peace with those around us as much as it is in our power while also seeing to the good of the nations that we find ourselves a part of (Romans 12, and Jeremiah 29:7 referenced respectably). But we don't see God being "all about government." Rather, God has a hand in all man-made governments. There's a fundamental difference. God also regulated slavery, polyamory, and divorce. These were all wicked perversions of his perfect plan that he never endorsed, but allowed due to the hardness of our hearts. Which is why I asked you to clarify your statement that "God is all about government." God allowed Trump to win. We should pray for him to be a good leader in alignment with God's decrees to look toward the flourishing of our land, and obeying those in authority. But let's not confuse God's providence in our situation for God designing our situation. God's sovereign nature reigns over our situation whether we walk in his will or not. This situation is no different.
