Love the video didn’t realize how easy it was to replace the battery. Another helpful tip to cleaning the big brush the ends actually pop off and u can remove hair from the sides. One side is held by a Philips screw and you can unscrew it to pop off the side and just slide off the hair very satisfying.

any solution to the 2-beeps sound? possibly the side brushes, but do you think it is possible to fix this problem by buying another pair of side brushes and by change it? or could be something more deeper, like the side brush motor? please let me know. Thanks.

Out of warranty. 2 brand new battery replacements later. Still beeps. Only runs 20-30 min on a full charge now. Thoughts? Any ideas?

Hi. So I got it to work with the original battery and original motor. Not too sure how I did it to be honest, I did take it apart and decided to tear out the small beeping speaker as well as taped off the edge sensors under the vacuum. So now I have no audible alert or annoying sound and somehow it just started working like normal again. So, I'm back to continued use of original motor and battery. It could be a thorough reclean in combination with removing the tiny annoying speaker and taping off the anti-fall edge sensors.

hi i just tryd to put my deeboot n79 back to use after being tucked away for a while, i get a solid redlight and four beeps, so i followed ur instructions and cleaned everything out im in the process of buying a new battery. but did you have the same redlight and four beeps problem also?your title says red beeping.is it the same? please get back to me if u can, before my wife goes and spends another 200 dollars

I've a DN622/N79. Never got the unit to work with my WiFi. Never saw ECOVACS_00xx at any time, and yes I tried everything (2.4), press for 1 beep, etc. etc.
