Yeah, that happened in FFA and TFFA where a bunch of Napoleon Wrasse just blocked off a portion of the map and kidnapped a few clownfish to boot.

If it makes you feel better, Napoleon Wrasse are able to damage sand blocks from other players and are pretty vulnerable to being chased

Napoleon Wrasse isn't that good of a T10, the only raids you'll see is when they just block off a part of the map and make it their fortress.

These guys are hella annoying in PD. All they like to do is spam blocks on the pearl to not only make it nearly impossible to break them but also makes the rounds take 2 hours.

a way to deal with them is to you orca/gs to grab them and then kill them, destroying their blocks bowheads also deal good aoe damage to all the blocks gpo can teleport behind the blocks and deal rapid damage to both pearl shell and blocks
