Looks nifty. OBD btw (on board diagnostics). Side though, how do you plan to combat condensation from the heating/cooling of the AC vent behind this? Real nifty work so far. Edit2: one last thing, when I had my 370z someone was working on a similar interface but using a canbus interface rather than OBD. Usually it's faster to update and would provide more info than OBD does for things like fuel mix and some of the more modern features that OBD doesn't support. I believe he was using an esp32 mixed with some sort of Arduino, I could dig up the info if you're interested.

Yup, aware of that. Did I say something different? As for moisture protection, good point. I was planning on printing a back “cup” of sorts that will cover the back of the mcu and display.

I ran into various challenges and the life got busy, so haven't had much time to jump back into this - so no :-) unfortunately. Issue is mainly that this version of ESP is BLE and there are few if no Arduino CAN libraries that use BLE. Most are Serial/BT. I also have those hardware devices but had issues with reading consistency / stability.
